TERMS AND AGREEMENT

This agreement is effective 12:01 AM Local time on the effective date (date signed), and for the period indicated. Prices are subject to change after initial term indicated. Annual Visits will be performed during normal business hours and under the schedule of 911 Handyman, LLC and All Seasons HVAC, LLC. Annual Visits will be performed upon your request and will not roll over after the first 12 months. Plans will auto-renew for monthly periods upon completion of the initial term. Cancellations require a letter sent to 911 Handyman, LLC within 15 days of the renewal date or by phone call in order to avoid charges. All monies paid are non-refundable. All orinituibs , offerings, discounts, and anything stated are valid only while account is paid and in good standings. Agreements will become void with a past due account (over 1 day). I agree to term for at least 12 months. All visits/tune ups have no monetary value, and are not a contractual component to this agreement. (1) Workmanship Guarantee ONLY covers the work previously performed by 911 Handyman, LLC and All Seasons HVAC, LLC as a malfunction of its installation and or equipment. It does not cover normal wear and tear, previously existing conditions, or security equipment. (Dispatch Fees and values vary) (2) Subscriber still have to pay emergency dispatch fee for HVAC and Handyman work. (3) All visits requested by 911 Handyman, LLC and All Seasons HVAC must be completed in order to maintain guarantees, 911 Handyman LLC and All Seasons HVAC will perform visits as their schedule allows, or at the request of the customer. Tune Ups / Visits have no monetary value, and are not a contractual component to this agreement. All final requests for visits must be made in writing to 911 Handyman, LLC 182 New House Dr, Calhoun LA 71225. All visits expire and terminate after agreement period is complete. (5) All Guarantees Apply To Residential Only. Limit up to $7,500. Must be within (30) days of the completed services. (6) Terms and conditions subject to change without prior notice.

Members must complete 12 months of the Home Service Agreement membership to retain 15% members-only discount toward services. Membership cancellation prior to 12-month completion will result in a required reimbursement payment by the customer for the sum of all discounts applied toward services by 911 Handyman, LLC and All Seasons HVAC, paid in full upon cancellation.
